Agreement

These terms govern your use of AnydocAI. By creating an account or using a paid service, you agree to them.

The service

AnydocAI provides browser-local and hosted document conversion, including batch processing, account history, API access, OCR integrations, and related tools as available. Features and limits may change as the service evolves.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of documents and output you submit or create. You grant AnydocAI a limited right to process submitted content solely to operate, secure, and support the requested service. You must have the rights needed to upload and process that content.

Acceptable use

Do not use AnydocAI to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, bypass security or usage limits, disrupt the service, or process content you are not authorized to use.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans, included credits, renewal periods, and current prices are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, consumed credits and completed billing periods are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Availability and output

Document conversion can fail or produce incomplete output because of damaged files, encryption, unsupported features, OCR quality, or third-party dependencies. Review output before using it in production or making consequential decisions.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AnydocAI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email. The date above identifies the current version.
