Overview

AnydocAI converts documents into model-ready content. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the website, workspace, and paid services.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email address, authentication records, and account preferences.
• Billing data: plan, transaction status, invoices, and subscription identifiers. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by AnydocAI.
• Usage data: conversion timestamps, detected format, page count, file size, processing time, status, and pages consumed.
• Cloud conversion data: after you accept the cloud-processing disclosure, document bytes may be stored privately and sent to a hosted OCR processor to produce the requested output. We record bounded job metadata and the generated result needed for preview and delivery.

Homepage conversions marked “local” run in your browser and do not upload document bytes to AnydocAI.

How we use data

We use this data to provide conversions, operate accounts and subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

Retention and security

Cloud source files are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. One-time purchase results are normally retained for 7 days and Pro results for up to 30 days. You can delete a result earlier from your workspace. Billing and minimal job records may be retained as needed to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. We use private object storage, access controls, short-lived download authorization, and encrypted transport, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, authentication, PayPal payment, private object storage, email, privacy-oriented analytics, and OCR providers to operate the service. A cloud OCR provider receives document bytes only when hosted OCR is required and you have accepted that processing path. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their function.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal and fraud-prevention requirements. Use the support channel shown in your account to submit a request.
